The Haven Heights Carriage House offers the same luxurious touches as the main home, just on a more intimate scale. With vaulted ceilings, beautiful bay views, and peek-a-boo glimpses of the Gulf, this well-appointed space is perfect for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, a small family of four, or as an add-on to the main house for larger groups.

Bedrooms & Bath

The Carriage House comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

• Primary Queen Bedroom – Wake up to serene bay views with private deck access and glimpses of the Gulf.

• Bunk Room – A charming space with two twin xl beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.

These two rooms share a bathroom and are both equipped with smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience for everyone in your group.

Living Room

A charming and comfortable space with a sofa, lounge chair, and smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Cape San Blas.

Kitchen

The fully stocked kitchen features high-end KitchenAid appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a convenient pot filler. The large island seats four for casual dining.​

Laundry Closet

A stacked washer and dryer are tucked away for added convenience during your stay.

Deck

Step outside to a serene deck offering bay views and peek-a-boo Gulf views. Dine al fresco at the counter-height dining table for four or unwind in the lounge area with a couch and chairs—perfect for sunset watching or morning sunrise with your coffee.​

Garage Entertainment & outdoor fire pit:

The private garage transforms into a fun and versatile entertainment space, exclusively available to Carriage House guests. Inside, you'll find:

• A dry bar for mixing up your favorite drinks

• Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar for streaming unlimited music

• Pool table and dartboard for friendly competition

• Comfortable seating for relaxing or watching a game

 

Beach essentials—including chairs, boards, and toys—are also stored here for your convenience.

Just outside the garage, your own private fire pit awaits—perfect for evening s’mores, storytelling, or simply unwinding under the stars after a day in the sun.

Beach Access:

Enjoy easy and direct access to the sugar-white sands of Cape San Blas via a private path from the Carriage House.

Parking for The Carriage House is strictly on the left side of the the carriage house. There is ample parking including room for a boat & trai
